Permanência máxima no solo de 02 horas, exceto com autorização do coa e com a permanência em área de manobras. OBS: PÁTIOS 1, 2 e 5 - Obrigatório o uso de garfo para aeronaves acima de 24m de envergadura.
Pátios 1, 2 e 3 (entrada e saída) OPR CTN devido cruzamento de veículos e equipamentos. TWY Y1, Y2, Y3 e Y4 exclusivas para ACFT com no máximo 36m de envergadura.
Pátio 1 exclusivo para ACFT com no máximo 36m de envergadura.
Devido inexistência de área para cheque de motores, será utilizado, em casos excepcionais, trecho da TWY MIKE entre a TWY S e TWY V, das 1200/2359, em COOR com 1 hora de antecedência com o operador do aeródromo.
O pátio NR 1 é destinado às ACFT: em voo internacional, comerciais em voo doméstico, executivas, de órgãos do governo, táxis aéreos e, em
situações excepcionais, helicópteros para transbordo de passageiros para voos comerciais.
O pátio NR 5 é destinado às ACFT: de aviação geral doméstica, de aviação comercial para manutenção ou estadia prolongada, cargueiros, de transporte militar; do CAN; helicópteros; desviadas de outros aeroportos por motivos técnicos ou meteorológicos, exceto as previstas para o pátio NR 1; da ponte aérea Rio/São Paulo, em caráter eventual.
Aviação Geral: Obrigatório uso de cone junto às extremidades da aeronave em estadia.
Pátios 1, 2, 3 e 5 encontram-se sobre jurisdição do Apron Control.

SBGL AD 2.20 LOCAL AERODROME REGULATIONS
|
|
|
At the airport a number of local regulations apply. The regulations are collected in a manual which is available at the AIS Unit and at the Terminal Building.
The AD may be regularly used by any ACFT which is compatible with RCD 4E or inferior;
Special Operations: Operations for Boeing 747-8 and Airbus A380 aircraft are allowed according to special procedures described in the MOPS approved by ANAC.
- Restriction to ACFT classes and types:
a. ACFT WO EQPT RDO;
b. Gliders;
c. ACFT WO transponder or with failure in this EQPT;
d. FLT of powered ultralights
- Restriction to air services:
a. Object launching or pulverizing;
b. ACFT pushback operation;
c. Parachute launching;
d. Acrobatic flight.
DC-10 and B-747 take-offs from RWY 33 will be made after the first 60M, observing the yellow marking determining the position of the cockpit of these ACFT.
Engine run-up is prohibited at the parking area of the Military AIS Reporting Office of Galeão Air Base.

2 Simultaneous Operations on Converging Runways
|
Simultaneous operations can be performed in the set of runways 28 and 33, and these operations will be activated by the TWR-GL and will be exclusively segregated, with takeoffs from runway 33 and landings on runway 28.
The operations will take place, according to the operational model of the unit, with the use of specific approach charts, containing in their identification the word ''Converging”. For example: IAC ILS U (Converging) RWY 28 and will have their missed approach points displaced from the threshold.
The information on “simultaneous operations on converging runway in progress” will be provided by means of ATIS/D-ATIS, or, in case of unavailability of these means, via radiotelephony, when traffic enters the TMA.
|
If the pilot identifies the impossibility of carrying out specific approach procedures for converging runway operations, he/ she must inform the APP in the first contact.
In case of a go around after MAPT, the pilot must turn before the radial limit published on the chart. If there is no possibility of such a maneuver, inform the APP/TWR.
Pilots must plan the takeoff in order to arrive at the holding point ready to execute it. In case of unavailability of
immediate takeoff, inform the ATC unit in advance.
It is expected that upon receiving clearance for takeoff, the pilot will start rolling immediately (expected reaction time is up to 10 seconds).
Pilots must start takeoff from the beginning of the runway, without the need to taxi to the displaced treshold.
Pilots must adjust landing and takeoff in order to guarantee the Minimum Runway Occupancy Time (MROT).

TWR-GL may employ the operations described above, provided that:
a) Weather conditions are such that visibility is equal to or greater than the procedure's minimums table, and the ceiling must be at least 100 FT above the procedure's DH;
b) The information on “simultaneous operations on converging runway in progress” is provided by means of ATIS/D-ATIS, or, in case of unavailability of these means, via radiotelephony, when traffic enters the TMA;
c) The specific instrument approach chart for this type of operation is in use

Apron 2 is destined to ACFT: accomplishing international flight, domestic commercial flight, executive flight, destined to government agencies, air taxis and also, in exceptional situations, destined to helicopters transferring passengers and accomplishing commercial flights.
In times of high traffic density, it is required that the aircraft accomplish their takeoff and landing operations with the least possibl time of occupancy of the runway in use.

SBGL AD 2.22 FLIGHT PROCEDURES
|
|
|
During the activation of SBR-314 (MARAMBAIA ALTA) and SBR 333 (MARAMBAIA LONGA) areas (GND-MSL/UNL) Live fire exercise and VANT flight, activated on Mondays and Tuesdays from 1300P to 1500P, or by NOTAM, with APP-RJ and APP-SC coordination, and under VMC.
a) Activation for fire exercise:
a.1) STAR RNAV UGRAD 1C and EVRIR 1B are temporarily suspended.
|
a.2) Holdings at UGRAD and GELUT cannot be executed with right turning.
b) Flight activation of ACFT or VANT: the deviation from the areas will take place only for the ACFT destined to SBRJ or crossings, and it will be carried out in the following ways:
b.1) ACFT approaching via VUREP will be advised to fly heading 090 and when crossing RDL 360 of SCR DVOR,
head to GELUT fix to execute the IAC in use.
b.2) The ACFT approaching TOKIM must be instructed to fly GELUT when at 7NM to SCR or at 10NM to UGRAD fix to execute the IAC in use.
b.3) The ACFT approaching via ROPAS will execute STAR RNAV MAKTI 1A, according to the runway in use.
b.4) The TFC inbound from TMA-SP will mandatorily enter AWY UZ42 and W7 heading to DVOR PCX, when they will return to the routes foreseen in the Flight Plan.
NOTE: When using RWY10 or RWY 33 for landing the areas cannot be activated.
SBR-300 (OCEANO) AREA ACFT training area and live fire exercise, permanently activated. In case this area is used, the TFC intending to fly on AWY W6, besides those executing a SID with NAXOP transition and unable to pass over EAC will be advised to intercept RDL 278 of ADA DVOR, up to 90NM, or pass FL210, according to the case. Then, they will head to VUKIK fix. NOTE 1: There will be no simultaneous use of SBR-300 (OCEANO) with SBR 316.
SBR 363 (ATLANTICO CURTO) AREA Live fire exercise, activated under coordination between APP-RJ and APP-SC.
In case of activation, the following procedures must be taken:
a) The holdings at UGRAD and GELUT fixes cannot be executed with right turning.
b) SID with UMBAD transition and STAR RNAV UGRAD 1C and STAR EVRIR 1B are suspended.
c) ACFT overflying TMA-RJ, on AWY UZ44/Z11, will be advised after VAMIX fix, fly KOVGO, then fly NAXOP.

d) REA ECHO must be closed.
- SBR-316 (ATLANTICO) AREA Live fire exercise area, activated by NOTAM or AIP SUPP, with coordination between APP-RJ and APP-SC, under VMC. In case of activation, the following procedures must be taken:

a.1) STAR approaches passing by ROPAS will be suspended.
a.2) ACFT inbound from SW sector of TMA-RJ, destined to SBGL, will be advised, after KOLBI or AKNUB, fly heading course ESORU to intercept the STAR according to the runway in use. Such coordination procedure will take place according to CAOp between APP-RJ, ACCCW and APP-SP.
a.3) TFC inbound from SW sector of TMA-RJ will be advised to execute STAR RNAV MAKTI 1A.
a.4) Holdings at UGRAD and GELUT fixes cannot be executed with right turning.
b) Departures:
b.1) SID with UMBAD and NAXOP transitions, and STAR RNAV UGRAD 1C and STAR EVRIR 1B are suspended.
b.2) TFC will be advised to execute one of the SID with BITAK transition, then fly ILTIT and head to SJC VOR to
intercept airways UZ45/W6 or UZ44/Z11.
c) Overflight:
c.1) TFC on AWY UZ44/Z11 will be advised after VAMIX fix, fly BITAK, then ILTIT and head to SJC VOR to intercept the airway.
c.2) TFC on AWY UZ45/W6 will be advised after KOVGO fix, fly BITAK, then ILTIT and head to SJC VOR to intercept the runway.
NOTE 1: There will be no simultaneous update of SBR 316 (ATLANTICO) with SBR 300 (OCEANO).

The flights completely performed outside the controlled airspace, destined to an aerodrome without an ATS/AIS unit,
are not required to file a Flight Plan before take-off; however, in case it is requested by this unit, they must inform the ACFT registration number, position, POB, fuel endurance, and place of departure and destination.
Flights performed outside the controlled airspace and that later enter the TMA-SP or TMA-RJ via REH and REA visual flight corridors, classified as airspace “C” or “D”, are not required to file a Flight Plan before take-off; however, they must, before entering these airspaces, inform the ACFT registration, position, POB, fuel endurance, and location of departure and destination.

The change from IFR flight rules to VFR flight rules for ACFT which already started a STAR or an instrument approach procedure for landing at SBRJ will be subject to APP-RJ authorization.
Due to possible interference from launching ACFT with air TFC in circulation at TMA-RIO, each segment for Brazilian Army parachute launching, within the SBR-329 (Gericinó Baixa) area, must be COOR and AUTH by APP-RIO.
ACFT regulated by RBAC 121 may be authorized to perform simultaneous DEP RWY 02 SBRJ and RWY 15 SBGL.
